I’m not a runner but this morning I woke up and my knee is killing me. Stairs are the worst. What should I do?

I just need something that will help like ice? heat? Anything?

The best thing for it is rest! If it looks swollen maybe some ice. If it doesn’t feel better after a couple days of resting it you might want to get it looked at!
