I have had mild runners knee for 10 months now. still hurts walking up stairs. how to get better?

15yrs old long distance runner

continue running? lift? i am very skinny, so should i take protein shakes to help?

Milk, Im guessing but Im sure your not drinking enough, start doing so and you should feel better, trust me.

    There are more than a few reasons why your knee might be hurting. Maybe you need different shoes. Do you stretch your hamstring and calf before you run? Do you ice after a run? Do you need orothotics for your feet? Do you do leg lifts after you run?

    I know that is a lot of questions, but look into some of these questions, and I hope you will find how to stop the knee pain.
