    4 gauge would work just fine, but you could go 1/0 if you want to get more out of your system and save some energy.

    depends on how many channels it has, but what u should do is use the 1200 amp on the sub only. with the 300 speakers, just run it off with a low power amp. like 80 rms.

    can you use car audio speakers/subs in a house? just wonder because home surround sound sounds arent as good as car and i cant drive yet. And how do you set up if you can.

    @Ahenakew911 4 gua. works, but you don’t need it for that setup. if you plan on upgrading your system and want to keep the same wire, i would use 4 guage, but you’d be okay with 10 or 12 guage for that setup.

    @Ahenakew911 thats the peak power rms power is 400 watts each the amp doesnt run that high either that setup works cause have the same one in a bandpass box

    JL audio 1200watt amp kit will work. with a 100A fuse. One way to know if it is a good amp kit is if the RCA cables are sold seperate… you might want to down grade to lower wattage on your subs. running two 1400watt speakers u need a 3000watt amp.

  25. I would use 1 or 0 …
    I would use 1 or 0 gauge. 4 gauge is pushing it. I’d use 4 gauge for 500-1000, and anything over 1000 go 0.
