i wouldnt recommend … i wouldnt recommend stretching before running (its not harmful, but it wont really be that useful), its usually after your entire workout (to prevent injury. most harmful is “runner´s knee.” ive had it for around 40 days
but what he´s said, i would never do “brisk walking” as a warmup. Whenever i do intervals, i do about 20-25 minutes of jogging at around 5-6min/km, and then some controlled sprints to get the heart rate up before the run (which is very important, if you do races or intervals)
Heh. Having had not … Heh. Having had not one, not two but THREE running induced injuries in the four months I’ve been running, I’d rather look like an idiot than get hurt again. I’ll be trying these out before my next session. Hopefully girls look less stupid doing these moves. Ha.
