RUNnERS!?!?

Hey there-

I have a few questions.

1) How many miles do you run a week?
2) About how many calories to eat a day?
3) What is your weight/height?
4) What do you eat?

1. usually around 45 for right now
2. as much as i can pretty much
3. 5ft 11in, 130lbs
4. whatever i want besides sugary stuff

    i run 40 miles a week
    about 2000 i would say
    i am 5foot 6inches
    i eat alot of carbs in potatoes and potassium in bananas and avocadoes.
    i drink alot of water everyday.
    and get about 8 hours of sleep

    about 15 to 14 miles
    I try to eat about 1200 or 1500, but I really like to eat at 1200
    5’2 and 105 pounds or so… sometimes, I change a lot.
    No meat, LOTS of fruit and veggies but I love bread. but I still eat a lot of fruit.

    1.10-18 miles per week.
    2. Don’t really watch my calorie intake. probably around 580′s-900′s a day

    4. No diet. I only eat healthy foods with plenty of energy and carbs 2 days and the night before meets/competitions

    4) i eat almost anything. just healthy stuff but occasionally junk food.
