What are the advantages of being fit and healthy (a runner bean)?

It is for a debate at school and I need as many reasons as possible.
Why would you prefer to be a ‘runner bean’ rather than a couch potato?

it allows you to be healther and live a more fafilling life. being healthy also increase you brain fuction allowing better focus and processing of information. you will live longer and healthier
