Cross country world champion from 2002 to 2006 in short and long distance ! (and junior world champion in 2001)
He also has the 5000m and 10000m world records.

Steve Prefontaine. He held records in almost every distance event. He ran for Oregon then USA. He was killed in a car crash when he was 23. He is my idol.
