15 min of easy jog and warmup .. then follow by faster paced of 5k then .. end with 10 min of easy cool down .

and warmp …. is that enoughof tempo ?? or ?? because i read the runners world magazine they say those kenya run classic tempo .. 15 min easy run then follow by at least 20 min faster paced run then nd with 10 min cool down .. !!

it all depends on your level. i mean if you’re level with a Kenyan runner then sure go ahead and do whatever they do.
