and it is also unbelievably loud and has still got the silencer in, is there anything wrong
you need to be more specific, what does it splutter? for all we know it could be spluttering out water from the exhaust ?
When you upgrade to a performance exhaust you also need to change a few other things, you need to change the rollers to match your bikes performance with the exhaust, and you also need to change the jetting in the carb, the best way to get your jetting and rolllers set up would be to take it to a specific scooter garage which maybe have a dyno to run the bike on!
and the loudness maybe that the engine is blowing out the exhaust gasket, start your bike and hovver your fingers around where the exhaust connects to the engine and if you feel anything being pressurised out then you need to make sure the gasket is over the ehxaust manifold correctly, be careful not to touch the exhaust or engine when hot while doing this!
if you do decide to get your bike set up to the exhaust properly, keep your old jet and rollers because if you ever decide do put your standard pipe back on you will also have to change the jet and rollers back!
good luck!
What do you mean by gets cold really quick?
