Basicly commando needs to be patched. It has made the game not fun and im speaking my mind on this. Care package and commando combo makes people track stars that have magnet knifes. Please rate this vid escpecially if you want this to be heard. Send this video to infinity ward.

They got a well-deserved zilch.
I started xc yesterday and my legs are killing me (they started hurting previously because I started running a few weeks ago). As I watched the other runners on my team, the kick their legs up almost to where they are touching their butts. I tried and it eased some of the pain but I got tired quicker. Why do they do this? Should this be done only during training?
Your leg motion depends on the speed you are running. If you look at sprinters they are basically kicking themselves in the rear. When you bring your leg forward and the knee is bent it makes the lever shorter so you can have a faster return. If the leg is straight then the lever is much longer and takes more time and effort to bring the leg forward into the touch down position. Your legs are sore because you are not conditioned to running fast. It is a matter of getting your muscles used to running and the exercise. Don’t worry about kicking yourself just run relaxed what you do should be a natural motion. Your foot should impact the ground only slightly in front of you coming rearward at the same speed you are moving forward. Running is a pushing motion not a pulling motion. If you contact the ground too far ahead it will tire out your quads very fast. Stand up straight relax your shoulders and arms, keep your elbows at 90 degrees and swing your arms straight front to back, not across your body. Do not let your elbows come out to the side they should be below your shoulders. It is important to be relaxed when running. Your stride length and motion will change as your speed changes.
and warmp …. is that enoughof tempo ?? or ?? because i read the runners world magazine they say those kenya run classic tempo .. 15 min easy run then follow by at least 20 min faster paced run then nd with 10 min cool down .. !!
it all depends on your level. i mean if you’re level with a Kenyan runner then sure go ahead and do whatever they do.
i bought a 50cc gilera runner (liquid cooled)
1 when its cold and i start it i have to give it throttle until it is warm enough to idle its self (gurgle because of sport pipe) and if i give it no throttle it will cut out straight away i was thinking this is the choke..
2 there were stupid neon strips that didn’t even glow properly (they look very very stubasicallyi basicly took them out.. i found out as i took it off that propera propbasically, basicly it was powered to the ignition.. it had a blue pod thing where one wire goes through and you put the connecting wire through and you close it shut and it powers.. (i forgthey’ret theyre called.) but i snipped the neon wire closeish to the blue thing and taped it with electric tape.. would this be ok to leave it just taped? or will it still drain power from battery?
3 petrol gauge… when you fill the bike up it goes to empty.. when you drive a couple of miles it goes to full and is norman again..but ts just when its totally full how do i sort this?
if you an answer any i’d be very grateful, thanks
1 The sport pipe has probably messed up the carburation, making it run lean. That’s why it won’t idle when cold. It could also seize up if ridden hard due to the lean mixture.
2 Leave the wires taped, it’ll be fine.
3 Are you looking at the gauge when you’re filling up? Does it suddenly go to full when you turn the ignition on? Fuel gauges on bikes are notoriously inaccurate, don’t worry about it.
