		<description>I&#039;d suggest that you go to the NCAA website for info.  You can look up what the times are for the national champions in the different divisions and compare your time.  Or you can go to the websites of schools you&#039;re interested in and see what the athletes there are running.

Whether you&#039;d be eligible to participate would depend on how much eligibility you&#039;ve already used at CC.  You only get four years total.  If you haven&#039;t been running for two years, you&#039;d probably need to do a lot of work to get back in shape.  That&#039;s a good place to start.  Is there a running club in your area which you could join to begin training again?
