2005 toyota four runner which my brother owns had a freak thing happen..?

He shut the back passenger door and the opposite backside window blew outward…Is this just freaky or is there a problem with the glass used on these vechicles…

i did the same on a tacoma pick-up i blew the back window out. just a freak thing insurance should cover it
